  • Account Manager

    Reporting to the Country Manager, the Account Manager leads customer account planning cycles for up to five strategic accounts to achieve sales quotas and strategic objectives.

    This includes leading solution development efforts to best address customer needs and developing new and incremental business across assigned segments to identify, qualify, create, and execute account plans.

    As the company’s liaison, the Account Manager establishes and nurtures productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts and coordinates collaboration to ensure client needs and expectations are met.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Achieving assigned sales quotas for designated strategic accounts and meeting assigned expectations for profitability
    • Achieving strategic customer objectives defined by company management
    • Developing strategic customer account plans
    • Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
    • Completing required training and development objectives

    About you:

    • Minimum 3-5 years of account management, IT solution sales or business development experience
    • Proven experience in solution selling process and account management for nurturing enterprise customer
    • An understanding of B2B solution sales and a strong passion to learning new technologies
    • An ability to understand and solve complex customers problems by providing detailed consultative solutions
    • Experience for MNC or System Integrator is an advantage
    • Adaptable to cross-functional collaboration within large-scale department to drive a successful sales strategy
    • A strong understanding of market, customer drivers, competition and regulatory environment is mandatory

  • GIS Engineer

    This is an exciting opportunity to join Esri Indonesia as a GIS Engineer.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Providing support and services to clients in the implementation of Esri products or GIS technology
    • Supporting the Business Development team in presales activities including conducting demos and preparing presentations
    • Staying up to date and maintaining your knowledge of Esri products and other technologies

    About you:

    • A degree in Degree in Geodetic/Geomatic Engineering, Geoscience Engineering (or equivalent), or Information Technology
    • Basic knowledge of GIS operation and analysis
      • Editing (geometric and attribute)
      • Coordinate system (spatial references)
      • Simple Geoprocessing Tools and Models
      • Spatial analysis (raster and vector)
      • Cartography (visualisation, Maplex etc)
      • Data conversion, loading and manipulation

  • Solution Specialist - Banking & Retail

    Working with banking and retail clients, the Solution Specialist will leverage ArcGIS products to develop innovative solutions that help improve operational workflows, enhance efficiency, and drive better outcomes.

    The Solution Specialist should be comfortable making compelling presentations and presenting regularly to stakeholders and must have a passion to continue learning about the banking & retail industry as well as the ArcGIS platform.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Identify customer needs based on customer-provided information
    • Develop solution demos and present a Proof-of-Concept (POC)
    • Provide sales and pre-sales support to assist the Business Development team to achieve targets

    About you:

    • Bachelor’s degree in geography, geodesy, urban planning, information technology, business management, or any other similar field
    • At least 2 years’ experience in the commercial sector — preferably in banking, retail, e-commerce, financial services, FMCG, IT or a similar industry
    • Hands-on experience with ArcGIS (Desktop & Online/Enterprise) and/or other GIS software
    • Good communication, interpersonal, presentation skill, analytical skill, and good handling customer’s needs
    • A fast learner and initiative-taker with an attention to detail
    • Fluent in both spoken and written English

    Good to have:

    • A Master’s degree in geography, geodesy, urban planning, information technology, business management, or any other similar field is a plus
    • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar) is preferred
    • Experience with Python, R, and/or Node.js is preferred
